5.      Never start running from the very first day. Do not run so much that you will never be able to run for another month because of the pain in your legs.
6.      No abdomen exercise or push-ups from the very first day.
7.      Never give up. Put a board in your room reading: be positive.
8.      Do not push things to the extremes. If you feel very weak all of a sudden put a spoonful of sugar into your mouth. When the body needs glucose and the stored fats are not yet broken down into useful glucose you will feel very weak: at such times take direct glucose input: sugar. It is always better to keep a chocolate in your pocket. The very moment you feel weak eat it. The ketone level of the body increases and sometimes becomes too high and makes you feel uneasy and empty. This is an imbalance and could be very dangerous.

Have a great time losing those extra fats in your body. With a proper routine you can definitely become the slim guy or girl you always wanted to be. You may also like reading: is Yoga for becoming slim?
