10 Tips To Become More Slim

If you are quite slim and you want to become even more slim then follow the following ten slimming commandments:

1.      People who are not too fat can do the Kapalbathi pranayama exercise very easily. Do this exercise and it will definitely bring in more difference in the looks. Be careful of the dos and don'ts for becoming slim before you continue forth with your journey.
2.      You have lost the fat no doubt but you are not looking slim because you have not got the slim shape. In order to get that shape you have to do some cardio exercises (running,  skipping, etc.). It would also be good if you can do a few dip exercise and the abdomen shaping exercises (lie down with knees bent. Now bend your body above the knees till you reach the knees. Repeat as many times as possible).
3.      Drink three glasses of lime mixed in lukewarm water per day. This will help the tougher fats to dissolve soon thus leaving your body in the form of sweat. Read more at fastest way to go slim.
4.      Drink as much water as possible. Water dissolves the water soluble additional fats in your body.
5.      Of course having fiber rich food is again necessary here.
6.      Avoid junk food, fried foods, sweets, and definitely a big no to cheese.
7.      Juice is good but should be prepared in the home and should not contain added sugar.
8.      Do not skip meals. Eat till your stomach is just about to get satisfied. No mindless eating. Understand the instincts of your stomach and try to see when you get satisfied. No eating too many times: this confuses your digestive system and keeps it active throughout the day. Doing this will give you an overactive and confused liver.
9.      Buttermilk is a very good option. It has no fats and gives you a very good night sleep.
10.   Have fun: play sports that you like. Swimming, trekking, cycling, skipping, etc. are all great ways to become slim and you do not even feel the pinch of being on a diet.
